Particle Cloud #2

Due to some unexpected interest in the Particle Cloud QC plugin,
i quickly bundled an enhanced version, adding some extra controls.

Change:
– interface clean up / port renaming
– added color option
– added Particle Decay
– added Attractor Radius + Amount

An example file is included in the download
(still in the Box, bottom right of the site)
