Vitalic #1

Vitalic is playing this week at the Scopitone festival, in Nantes (FR).

This is a good opportunity to post some photos of the setup.

It is actually composed of LED Ghost panel (assembled in France, not in China !), covered by a sun-screen architectural material. This gives the ability to the setup to be either reflective or lit, depending on the graphics projected.

Here a rehearsal photo from the track “Chicken Lady”

The show is entirely controlled by the musician, synched by midi, including the stroboscopes and the smoke devices.
Here another photo showing the particles work, with a strong “Bellagio” touch – for those who’ve been to Vegas -

One final photo showing the reflective effect of the LED panels. This helps focusing on the artist, and also allows the audience to grasp what’s happening on his deck.
